Abstract
PreviewISO 11673:2005 specifies a method for determining the minimum fracture toughness, after a specified loading time, of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pressure pipes. It also makes provision for measuring alternative levels of fracture toughness.
